The trombonist Gert Müller teaches music production, recording and ensemble at the Jazz Institute Berlin. He is designing the Music Production modules for the South East and East African Global Music Campus program. He will also lead the video and audio documentation training in Zimbabwe for the research grant for the German Foreign Office.
He has many years of experience as a performer and musical director and was the vice president of the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin. Since 1995 he has taught music production / recording and ensembles in the jazz department at Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin (now integrated with the jazz department of Berlin University of the Arts and known as the Jazz Institute Berlin JIB). He studied at the University of the Arts in Berlin
